"Not sure how Helen inherited my account, but she is totally useless. I called about my renewal and spoke to Mary in her office. I told her the updated quotes I needed and made an appointment to speak with Helen about my questions the following week. Helen called me on the appointment date at the wrong time (it was input wrong in her calendar even though my email confirmation had the correct time) and had no idea why she was calling. Waited a week to sort out my renewal and she didn't even have notes on why I called in the first place."
